The Croque Truck

In all my projects, my goal is to recreate some of the precious memories I have from growing as a Chef in France. I always wanted to launch a food truck reflecting cuisine from my roots with multiple flavors. When you have lived and worked in France for so many years, like me, you will grow to appreciate some of the best and most popular French sandwiches such as the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame sandwiches. Created in 1910, these two flavorful sandwiches can be compared to an American grilled cheese sandwich, with ham, French flavors, and a sunny side egg on top.

As I worked on launching my food truck, I decided to reinvent this rich delicious sandwich. For 2 years I worked on different recipes, flavors, and combinations.

The Croque Truck was founded in August 2021, with the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame sandwich reflecting African, French, Asian, and American flavors.
